How COJEP handles your personal data on cojep.net
Data collected
The site only collects data when you submit a form (donation, volunteering, partnership, visit, contact): name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. The donation form may receive a payment-receipt screenshot. We never ask for a PIN, password, or card number.
Purpose
This data is used solely to process your request and get back to you. It is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Processors
Submissions are stored via Supabase. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Site traffic is measured in aggregate via Vercel Analytics (no individual tracking cookie).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, then archived or deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to fesnat.sebkha@gmail.com.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. Only your theme choice (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser.
